About this position:
Assists customers by understanding their needs, projects or dreams while serving them with top notch customer service. This is done by practicing good interpersonal skills and principles resulting in an exceptional customer satisfaction experience. This position will also serve as a cashier and have assigned areas to maintain.
You will be responsible for:
- Representing the store and company in a positive manner while promoting and exhibiting superior customer service
- Helping customers make informed purchases decisions while directing them to the location of products within the store
- Being a steward for a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees
- Serving as a cashier to complete customer purchases and be the last point of contact leaving the customer with a positive in-store experience
- Maintaining high standards for store appearance and displays in your assigned areas
- Embodying the company values and put customers first
