Job Title: Keyholder / Sales Lead
Reports To: Store Manager
Summary: Assists with the daily operation of the store which includes sales, merchandising, training, visual, and store maintenance.
The primary focus will be sales/customer service, product knowledge, and sales floor recovery.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Driving Sales
- Assists management with developing daily, weekly, and monthly sales action plans.
- Helps set sales objectives with Sales Specialists to exceed company goals.
- Each week will meet with the sales team to provide goals and develop plans to help them exceed those goals.
- Drive unit sales at high velocity by offering value sales drivers in the best visual placement.
- Ensure customer interaction expectations are focused on driving multi-pair sales.
- Assist with training on existing and new products
Customer Focus
- Personally model a positive customer experience, ensuring the customer always takes priority.
- Creates a culture that builds exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintains high customer readiness standards and delivers a neat, clean, and easy-to-shop store environment.
- Builds customer loyalty through coaching and motivating the store team to solicit our Peltz Perks program.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years or more related retail experience and/or training.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise an average of 20 employees including Sales Personnel, Stock Personnel, and Cashiers. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; Inventory software; Internet software; order processing systems, and database software.
