Residential Lending Assistant I Job at Kish Bank
There is a full-time Retail Lending Assistant I position available to support Residential Lenders in Mifflin and Centre Counties. Position may be located in Mifflin County or Centre County, with on-the-job training at the Kish Innovation Center in Reedsville, PA.
The responsibilities of the role include performing a variety of administrative duties in support of the Residential Lender, including data entry, documentation, and loan review; engaging with borrowers and associated contacts to ensure complete and accurate documentation to support the loan process; completing preliminary underwriting tasks; and assuring tasks are completed accurately, timely, and professionally to ensure prompt and professional service to internal and external clients.
The qualifications of the role include excellent written and oral communications and organizational skills; excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task; and proficiency with Office Suite products. NMLS registration will be required for the position.
