Duties performed: Light housekeeping, meal prep, community outings, med reminders, socialization, monitoring health and safety at all times.
No experience necessary we, will provide you all the training you will need to be to successful.

MUST HAVE Valid driver's license
MUST HAVE Use of personal vehicle with valid Insurance

To refer a potential employee, have them put your name in the reference line one (1) on their application. 2. You are eligible for a referral bonus only when you refer applicants who are not current employees or who have never been previously employed with the company. 3. If the applicant is hired, you will receive $500.00 after the new employee has worked for All-Ways Care Services for 90 days. 4. Only one referral can be given per applicant. If referred by more than one employee, the first received referral will be the one to receive the award after the applicant has met the requirements. 5. To be eligible to receive both parties must have actively worked the entire time with no interruption, LOA, Medical or otherwise. *Subject to change at any time. Training Department will request at 90 days
