Responsibilities:

· Motivated, qualified, ambitious, and is ready to increase rental revenue for the dealership through exceptional customer service and sales initiative.

· Collaborate with the branch manager, management, and the sales team to meet implement the desired business plan.

· Represent Butler Equipment in a professional manner at all times when dealing with customers and also when dealing with company property/equipment.

· Oversee Rental department growth and revenue totals.

· Responsible for adding new and maintaining existing customer base.

· Cold Call.

· Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, fleet planning, regularly reviewing inventory levels, missed opportunity reports, fleet utilization, and rental department related expenses.

· Manages inventory, maintenance, and depreciation of equipment.

· Oversees the scheduling, delivery, and pickup of all equipment.

· Works daily with the general manager and key employees to maintain customer service levels.

· Work closely with garage to ensure equipment is maintained and in working order, both before and after customer use.

· Responsible for invoicing and all associated paperwork.

· Knowledgeable of equipment lines and able to conduct equipment demonstrations when asked.

· Partner with the sales team and pass along leads or additional sales opportunities based on customer interactions.

Qualifications:

· Strong planning and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency with common computer applications.

· Customer facing role, strong interpersonal skills are required.

· Equipment knowledge and aptitude is necessary.

· 2-4 years of experience in the construction equipment or lawn and garden or related industry.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary plus Commission
