Skagit Publishing is seeking a leader for its Circulation department
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, attentive to details, diplomatic, possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create a department atmosphere that fosters excellent customer service.
- Develop staff's skills to their full potential.
- Manage department resources in accordance with the fiscal year budget.
- Evaluate delivery operations for time and cost efficiencies.
- Oversee contractor satisfaction, retention, and recruitment.
- Meet or exceed subscriber delivery satisfaction goals.
- Work with regional leaders and local Publisher to market products.
- Maintain a professional, positive, supportive attitude.
- Ability to work varied hours as needed.
