We currently have an opportunity for a Region Trainer for the AK Region. We are looking for a candidate who can work in a team environment as leader and mentor. Seeking an individual with previous training experience of military or law enforcement. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a career in training and development.

Job Description:
Will plan and conduct training in the Anchorage area as well as assist the Corporate Training Manager with additional training needs. Wage will be based on experience and potential $16-$20 per hour/DOE.

Responsibilities -

Facilitate training to include:
Defensive Tactics
OC Foam
Use of Restraints
AVADE
Report Writing/SOCS
Firearms/Taser

-Motivate and train new officers as well as current officers
-Ensure all trainings needs are being met to company standards.
-Improve and develop training
-Ensure the officers meet our uniform standards
-Work closely and assist the Corporate Training Manager

Minimum Requirements:
-Have life experiences to to be an excellent trainer
-Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
-Must be able to work within a team environment
-Must be open to transition
-Must be self motivated and able to motivate others
-Must be able to work all hours and days
-Travel is required
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have excellent oral and communication skills
-Physically fit and meet the physical requirements of the job
-Attention to detail and follow-up
-Ability to meet deadline
-Supervisory skills a plus
-Must be able to obtain a State Armed Security License
