Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator included but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers in recruitment, such as assessing the current and future manpower needs, reviewing and updating job descriptions, job posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting background check and other related tasks.
  • Manage and maximize the utilization of different job boards.
  • Hosting recruitment events or participating in job fairs.
  • Proactively seek talent sources and evaluate different hiring channels.
  • Designing interview questions and screening procedures for different positions.
  • Conduct employee onboarding process, including offer letter and contract agreement preparation, collect and properly file on-boarding documents, coordinate new hire orientation training and coordinate among internal activation team.
  • Manage the administration process of employee status change (such as promotion, benefit entitlement change, exit, etc.) and maintain up-to-date employee data correctly within HRIS.
  • Respond to all background check requests.
  • Serve as the backup for benefit programs, including, but not limited to: enrollment, vendor management, communication with employees.
  • Manage special projects in workforce management, quarterly/monthly HR data reports and other ad-hoc works in progress.
  • Assist with performance management initiatives, retention strategies and employee development.
  • Support special projects in employee engagement and building/promoting of company culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Development, Communication, or Industrial Psychology preferred.
  • One to two years of experience as a HR Associate/Recruiter/Staffing Specialist in a diverse culture workplace is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably and allocate time efficiently with limited direction, self-starter.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills with an ability to prioritize work and multi-task several projects simultaneously.
  • Reliable knowledge of State and Federal employment law.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Bilingual skill is a plus.
  • Work on-site.
