Wonder Windows, a family owned home improvement company is seeking a full time office assistant for our Rochester, NY location. Our business is growing rapidly and we are adding more associates as our needs increase. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package.
Education
High School Diploma/GED required
Summary of position is to perform various clerical/data entry tasks including, but not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls from the public
- Data Entry (Contracts, payments, completed tasks etc.)
- Creating and updating customer files
- Scanning documents
- Other office duties as needed such as minor cleaning
- Assisting the President with day to day tasks
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Good organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, excellent phone demeanor and communication skills. Knowledge of computer programs such as using a CRM, Outlook mail, MS Word & Excel required.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
