POSITION SUMMARY
The Receptionist is the community’s first point of contact. This position is responsible for greeting all visitors, answering questions, ensuring visitors sign in, and answer/direct phone calls/visits accordingly to the proper staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY ACCOUNTABILITES
Greet who enters the building
Coordinate, sort and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and support the handling of deliveries/shipments
Handle all guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Coordinate & communicate room reservations with applicable staff and CISO
Support all approved WRTC scheduled instruction and approved WRTC community events
Ensure all guests sign-in, track visits & departure
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work area and WRTC environment overall
Able to communicate and assist visitors age 3+
Bilingual: English and Spanish
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication: writing, reading, speaking and listening skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
Able to navigate and learn various technological/software/internet/intranet platforms needed to schedule, coordinate, collaborate and distribute critical data, information and community resources
Experience in processing billing, invoices, procurement, and work orders
Able to work with minimal direct supervision
Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast paced instructional and community resource environment
Able to assist and support scheduling of events, visits, pickup/deliveries
Must be a self-motivated team player with flexibility
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
Detail-oriented and a proficient multi-tasker
Previous receptionist experience and/or customer service experience is a must
