We are looking for an organized and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors and clients.
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with shipping documents for export purposes
- Invoicing for daily shipments
- Filing
- Monitor online store orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
