Responsibilities

• Follow-up with leads

• Nurture relationships

• Hold buyer and seller consultations

• Show and sell homes

• Write and negotiate offers

• Close deals

• Lead generating client-facing services (Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.)

• Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer

• Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase submitted between contract and closing

• Review all clauses in listing contract and obtain seller’s signature

• Networking, networking, networking

Qualifications

• Past sales experience is preferred

• Arizona Real Estate License is required. Don’t have one? We can help.

Compensation
