Part time Rain Gutter Installation and Cleaning (Broomfield, Boulder, Westminster, Arvada, Denver, Longmont)

Learn a new trade! As an incentive, for every 100 hours worked a $200 bonus will be added to your check. This job will require working with ladders and working on a roof at various heights. Usually, most jobs are only one story residential but we try to work from the roof as much as possible. This is a job where time goes by fast as you're always doing something different. Gutter cleanings usually involves using backpack blowers for debris removal.

Must have your own reliable transportation. Candidate will need to drive to job site or drive to meet work truck for ride. Generally we travel to a different job every day, sometimes multiple jobs. Most jobs are in Boulder County. Work truck leaves from Broomfield.

Gutter installation, repairs and seasonal gutter cleaning are what we normally take care of, but occasionally we have to do miscellaneous construction projects like painting, minor fascia and soffit repair.

Willing to train the right person who shows initiative and the ability to learn.

This is a part-time M-F day position. This time of year we have plenty of work to do as long as the weather is good. Willing to work around applicants schedule but I need someone at least 2-3 days a week.

Pay: DOE starts at $25 per hour. As an incentive, for every 100 hours worked a $200 bonus will be added to your check. You will also get a bonus after all the seasonal work is completed.

Your own tools would be great, but not required to start. You will need to purchase your own tools if you don't have them. A cordless drill, tool belt, hammer and metal snips are just the basics. We can provide the tools and a weekly payment plan can be set up to take care of the cost for tools if needed. Usually $25 per paycheck. You will not be allowed to take your tools home until they are paid for.
