WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Quick Service General Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality food service, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow. Through established policies and procedures, you tackle necessary managerial duties including ordering and inventory control. You forecast work schedules.

Your desire for cleanliness and efficiency ensures that your restaurant team is following established and easy-to-follow procedures. You promote a positive and productive work environment as a general manager. Starting with hiring and training, you are a consistent and encouraging mentor that provides opportunities for personal and professional growth, including cross-training.

The highlight of your shift is customer interaction. You oversee that excellent customer service is being provided by all food service members. As needed, you step in to assist. You enjoy working hands-on with the quick service crew.
