Quality Technician Job at Brown Paper Goods
100 + year old manufacturer of disposable paper products is seeking a Quality Technician to join our growing team.
Day shift position 6am to 2:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Quality Technician will inspect paper packaging for defects.
- Work with management on 3rd party audits.
- Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information.
- Interact with other departments on quality issues.
- Work on corrective actions.
- Work with production employees to ensure they are following quality standards.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Experience in SQF and HACCP.
- Experience with internal and external audits.
- Food packaging standards experience preferred.
- Mathematical proficiency.
- Interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
- Good work history required.
