We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver to ensure appropriate testing techniques to help ensure results are documented, communicated, and to provide ongoing insights into any potential problem areas.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Support Teams, Integrations Project Team and MVD IT Solutions Manager to analyze, support, test and document existing functionality of internal systems and third-party integrations. As well as provide technical support for specific software products. Research/resolve internal and external customer questions and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is located physically in Helena, MT at the Scott Hart Building.

This is a modified position currently funded until June 30th, 2023.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree in computer science or 1-2 years related work experience equivalent.
