PT E-Commerce Assistant Job at Dover Street Market New York
Overview:
In partnership with the Ecommerce team, support the success and growth across all Ecommerce touchpoints – DSMNY ESHOP and CDG ESHOP. Take ownership over customer service and provide a consistent, positive customer experience. Must have availability for both Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service for all Ecommerce platforms
- Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touch points via Zendesk
- Maintenance of customer interactions through Instagram
- General website maintenance, including visual merchandising on the site
- Identifying shared stock orders to be fulfilled from store locations and stock discrepancies
- Partner with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer service message and shared stock order fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
- Generating and distribution of E-Commerce Daily Sales Report

- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
- Assist in Ecommerce product launches, adhering to launch schedule and brand expectations

- Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done
- Decisive, structured and organised, with a keen eye for detail

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
