Hydradry Inc was established in 1974 as your Water/Fire/Mold Specialists! We are looking for motivated and versatile individuals to help our team grow within the organization. Our services consist of water, fire, mold remediation, restoration and general labor. We are here to aid families and restore their homes and help businesses recover from the damage and aftermath caused by Hurricane Ian in the Fort Myers Area. Hydradry currently has locations in Orlando, Tampa, Texas and Louisiana and plan on establishing a Fort Myers location. We are currently in search for Project Supervisors.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include

  • Inspects and scopes jobs
  • Sign up potential clients for restoration projects
  • Takes clear and descriptive photos to appropriately document jobs
  • Writes mitigation and reconstruction estimates using proper estimating software
  • Understand project logistics and project schedule
  • Review quotes and estimates with the project team
  • Orchestrate pre-construction duties, meeting with owners and clients
  • Maintains job documentation from start to finish
  • Working with property owners to clean up disasters
  • Capture job details through picture and written documentation
  • Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily.
  • Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or

conditions.

  • Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
  • Driving a company vehicle as needed.
  • Upholding all company safety policies.
  • Upholding all company policies and procedures.
  • Be familiar with assigned territory
  • Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate

the use and need

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
  • On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer

needs are met

  • Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities
  • Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety

of occupants and workers

  • Resolve problems quickly as they arise
  • Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
  • Manage and control costs of production projects
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
  • Other Responsibilities and job duties as assigned


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Restoration: 2 years (Preferred)
  • IICRC WRT/ASD (Preferred)


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On-Call
  • Weekends
  • Potential for Bonus
  • Overtime

Typical start time:

  • 7:30AM

Typical end time:

  • 5:00 PM

Pay Frequency:

  • Weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour ( Based on Experience and Certifications )

Experience:

  • Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
