We provide custom decorated apparel to the corporate, resort, professional sport, music and entertainment markets as well as selling our own brand directly to consumers online. Sportiqe’s business has experienced some crazy growth in the past two years and we are in need of an organized, high-achieving, detailed and focused Project Coordinator to keep all things marketing and eCommerce moving forward. This is a full-time, salary role located at our Tempe, Arizona, Headquarters, reporting to our Director of Marketing. Hybrid schedule after first three months and a successful ramp-up.
WHO YOU ARE FOR THE TEAM
- You have 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or eCommerce coordination or administrative role with an Associates Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- You love multitasking and wearing many hats in service of removing the noise from marketing, design, and eCommerce team members so they can focus on execution to the marketing and eCommerce design, development and delivery.
- You are an Organized Optimizer who relishes keeping all marketing resources, templates and copy neat, tidy and beautifully accessible.
- You are highly productive and excel at project and task management and would love to apply that to streamlining and multiplying the productivity of our marketing, design and eCommerce marketing team.
- You have experience with Google Suite (sheets expert) and Workspace, Shopify, and Canva. Previous exposure to Google Analytics, social media insights, Klaviyo email marketing, SMS platforms, photo/video editing, Asana, or Adobe a plus!
- You have the ability to work a Hybrid schedule between Office and Telecommute with potential for additional travel as needed (e.g., to photoshoots). .
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Coordinate, facilitate and project manage across the marketing stack including: Copywriting needs and timelines, meeting agendas, B2C Marketing Calendar, Due dates on Emails + Landing Pages, Quarterly Photoshoots, meeting notes and recaps, and more.
- Communication hub relaying information across B2C and B2B projects, scope and drops including working with freelancers and internal team on obtaining project updates, helping to get answers to any questions or resolve any barriers, and communicating any changes or updates to all stakeholders.
- Organize the chaos into cohesive chunks of information that make sense and are easily found. Everyone knows where to find what. This includes photos and videos in dropbox, the Creative Drive, email templates, marketing templates, brand resources, workbooks, calendars, meeting action items, and project plans.
- Vendor management includes owning the printing needs, collaborating with printers to facilitate quotes gathering, printing and delivery of promotional and marketing items, ranging from Direct Mail and Tri-Folds to Stickers, flyers and labels.
- Orchestrate Quarterly Photo Shoots from scheduling, facilitating and planning the meetings, studio, models, flat lay shoots to creating the project plan to gathering the products, sourcing any props and steaming the clothing. You are the magic behind the scene that makes this happen quarter after quarter.
- Basic updating of content on the two Sportiqe websites (www.sportiqe.com and www.sportiqewholesale.com). This may include updating or editing of product pages, promotional landing pages or other content sections on the site.
- Support and assist across SMS, email, web tasks, social media, influencers, promotions and any cross-departmental issues.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
