what we need: a program manager
pay:
- 44-48k per year
who we need: somebody who cares about people with developmental disabilities; someone who is dependable, accountable, cooperative, proactive, and humble. Works directly with clients.
characteristics/skills we prefer: RAILROAD… resourceful, authentic/accountable, irreproachable, leader/learner, relatable, organized, adaptable detail-oriented, and have some degree of familiarity with the human services, social work or those with developmental disabilities
job requirements:
- handle all aspects and tasks related to their respective group home
- proactively manage, direct, develop, and support their direct reports
- able/willing to work more than 40 hours per week, if needs be
- find solutions to issues/dramas/conundrums that inevitably arise
- concise, responsive, and professional communicator
- ever-cognizant of fostering goodwill and positive regard for eaton alliance in all interactions qualifications:

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
