Program Director-Youth Services Job at Gulf Coast Social Services
The Baton Rouge region is seeking a Program Director to manage the Youth Services. This position is responsible for the fiscal and operational management of Therapeutic Foster Care and Short Term Respite programs. The Director will contribute to the organization’s mission through demonstrated skills in program management and operations, budget development and accountability, personnel management, client advocacy, and public relations.
Necessary professional skills include but are not limited to interpersonal and team relationship development, decision-making, initiative, dependability, strong organizational skills, Microsoft Office/Excel/database skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines. A bachelor's degree in a human service field, two years management experience, and two years of experience working with children are necessary.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
