Summary:
This position is responsible for the overall coordination of services for those people assigned to their caseload.
Develop and implement Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
Ensure that the rights of people served are not violated and that people served are exercising their rights.
Advocate for people in all aspects of their lives.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with Agency, State, and Community service providers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Service related field from four-year college or university; and over one year developmental disabilities related experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexibility
Pay/Benefits:
