Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is looking for a Program Administrator to support the Hospital-Based Medicine team. Reporting to the Administrator for Hospital-Based Medicine, responsible for the daily operations of multiple specialties and practices totaling 50+ providers located in an inpatient hospital setting. Daily operations include: budget management and the onboarding, scheduling, and staffing of providers. Works effectively with the Medical Directors and providers in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating programs and goals related to providing optimal customer service, maximizing operational efficiency, assuring financial viability and rendering high quality health care services. Demonstrate through leadership example, visible organizational support and a positive attitude to create a positive work environment and enhance provider morale. Responsible for fostering a positive relationship with the local community served by the hospital.

Status; Exempt, Full-time - 4o hours per week

Rrquirements:
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Nursing or similar field preferred. Lean Sigma training preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in healthcare. 2-3 years management experience obtained in a healthcare environment is preferred
