Let’s Talk About the Job: Full-Time Production Specialist
The tasks of a Production Specialist include constructing lifts for processing printing press sheets to customer specifications. Specific job responsibilities may include:
- Set up and operate cutting, jogging, banding, and auxiliary equipment
- Maintain quality of cutter equipment
- Inspects sheets to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Aerates sheets using hand, wrist, and shoulder movements to fan air between sheets
- Cross-train on other equipment and general label finishing tasks and responsibilities
Essential Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- Ability to work well with others and communicate proficiently
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented
Work Environment:
Operates in a demanding, fast-paced, people-oriented manufacturing environment with frequent changes and interruptions, and multiple project assignments.
Work Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00am - 6:00pm OR 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
The work schedule will be as follows:
Week One: Work Three Days Per Week
Week Two: Work Four Days Per Week
Every Other Weekend OFF!
