What We Do:
Design And Customize LLC is a team of graphic designers and packaging specialists on a mission to build better brands. We work with companies of all sizes to produce custom graphics, animation, retail packaging, stickers and other branded merchandise. Our printing and manufacturing teams work together to meet tight deadlines, and adhere to all customer-specified guidelines, while continuously monitoring quality.

What You'll Do:
- Apply packaging labels to bags, tubes, jars, and other packaging containers.
- Peel and process printed vinyl sheets.
- Trim and round labels using rotary and die-cutting tools.
- Count packaging and labeling deliverables for customers.
- Inspect and quality control labels, and discard any with cutting or printing flaws.
- Prepare packages for shipment with USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, and other couriers.
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse.
- Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Related duties as assigned.
Job Details:
- This is an entry-level position, with a wide range of growth and promotion opportunities.
- Starting Pay: $21/hour.
- Start Date: Immediately.
- Location: 320 Beach Road, Burlingame, CA,94010.
- Must be able to work in the office.
What You'll Need:
- Maintain a constant pace for the entire shift, in a fast-paced environment.
- Some activities may require standing for long periods, walking around, or lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work overtime as required by workload and customer-mandated deadlines.
Expected Hours:
- Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm. (Full Time).
- Saturday and Sunday shifts are also available from 10 am - 4 pm.
