Procurement Domain Lead

In the role of Domain Lead, you will focus on operations management, provide inputs for implementation of new solutions, support Delivery Lead and Practice in sales cycle with Due Diligence activities, manage client satisfaction with the objective of improving account penetration in the Domain within the norms and guidelines of Infosys.

In this role you will be responsible for contracting and agreement, quality planning, people management, operations management, strategy and road map definitions (domain), initiatives at the unit level.

Location for this position is Bellevue, WA/Remote

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Background in Enterprise Sourcing, Procurement, and/or Supply Management with knowledge of Contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources to create a data repository that can be leveraged for Leadership reporting and analytics.
• Strong background using PowerBI for data visualization, analytics, and dashboards.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with ticketing systems for tracking status of work items and process.
• Experience with SharePoint and ability to create and maintain Team SharePoint site.
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with ability to navigate through ambiguity and bring clarity.
• Strong business acumen with ability to provide perspective on how to best present data to meet business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage with multiple stakeholder audiences.

Preferred

• Run and maintain the metrics processes, creating visualizations, dashboards, and analyses.
• Coordinate with global teams of internal and external partners to collect and validate data, KPIs, and metrics.
• Help bring visibility and transparency in sourcing process, starting from sourcing to contract lifecycle management.
• Bring data-driven analyses and perspectives to the sourcing process and the related stakeholders with no ambiguity.
• An independent person, who will manage internal and external stakeholders, prepare and present points of views to supply chain leadership.

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s Degree in any career stream
• At least 7 years of experience relating to the job description​​​​​​​

Salary: $100,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year
