Location: Private Residence in Arlington Heights
Responsibilities/Requirments
- Help client take prescribed medication
- Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Help client with physical & mental health therapy exercises
- Plan and prepare meals - prompt client to finish portions
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Still wear a mask since the client does have compromised immune system issues
- Wound care experience
- Prefer Bi-Lingual Polish speaker but not mandatory
- The residence does have cats-so must be pet friendly
Skills
- Proven experience as a caregiver
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
- Physical endurance: be able to assist in helping the petite client with mobility issues

Schedule
Monday - Friday Open to Review Part-Time or Full-Time Applications at this time
35-40 hours a week Prefer 9-5

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
