All kitchen employees report directly to the Executive Chef and Restaurant Managers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contributes to a positive and team-orientated work environment
- Ability to execute all menu items and job responsibilities
- Compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Works well under pressure
- Ensure all food prepared meets the restaurant’s standards and consistency
- Responsible for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen area and walk-in coolers.
- Communicates well with team members and supervisors.
