We will relocate you! Here are our relocation options:

• Relocation expenses up to $10k
• Payment of your rent or mortgage for 6 months up to $10k
• Repayment of a car down payment up to $10k

Other included relocation assistance:

• Connection with a local real estate agent to find the best area for your family based on your interests and school systems
• Resume assistance and interview prep from our on staff recruiting team for any spouse or significant other relocating with you who would be looking for new employment

Pay/Benefits:

• Hourly or Commission (whichever is greater); Average pay is $80k-$140k
• Medical, Dental, Vision (Free medical plan option for employee)

• Limited On-Call: Emergencies Only

What you need:

• A Journeyman or Masters Plumbing License
• We can assist you in transferring your license to WA/ID!
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
