Job Title:

Lymphedema trained or certified, Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Pay:

Job Details:

· Perform clinical assessments and identify patient needs and appropriateness of care

· Document, prepare and complete a plan of care, progress notes, phone orders and other clinical record documentation on an ongoing basis

· Revise the plan of care based on evaluation and ongoing assessment data

· Perform and oversee other team members, when applicable, in the performance of patient care that is consistent with patients’ needs and desires

· Accepts clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients

· Plan and provide appropriate treatment for Lymphedema

· Apply concepts of infection control and standard precautions in coordinating/performing patient care activities

· Meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the agency/licensing board

· Promote agency philosophy and administrative policies

· Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency

· Bilingual a plus

Job Requirements:

· Current Florida state license as a Physical Therapist

· Current Driver's license, auto insurance, and auto registration

· Up to date Physical, CPR, and PPD

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
