REX Therapeutics, a dedicated rehabilitation provider, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN in our skilled nursing facility located in Gilman, IL.
REX Therapeutics partners with skilled nursing facilities to provide exceptional physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
Requirements for the Physical Therapist Assistant position:
- PRN
- Illinois license required
- Physical Therapist Assistant certificate required

Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA
Functions under physician’s orders. Provides and directs physical therapy services to residents, including treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $34.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Savoy, IL 61874: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
