YOUR LIFE AS A PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN

This phlebotomist position works during our open hours of Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

In this health care position, you have the important job of collecting and logging blood specimens. Professional and attentive to detail, you verify each patient's identity and medical information. Following all safety protocols and testing requirements, you competently draw blood using proper techniques. Your pleasant and calming demeanor puts people at ease as you perform venipuncture procedures with minimal patient discomfort.

You ensure specimens are handled correctly as you accurately label and log each one. Taking accountability for your area, you dispose of waste and sharps in the proper receptacles. You ensure our medical lab is always hygienic, organized, and well-stocked. Your compassionate nature is well-suited for this job, and you're happy to play a part in helping patients receive quality health care!
