Full Time Retail Staff Pharmacist Needed in Rutland, VT
Our client need a full time , 40 per week, pharmacist. Pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday 8-8 and Sat and Sunday 9-5
Requirements:
- Licensed and registered Pharmacist in good standing within the state of Vermont
- Immunization Certification or agreement by the pharmacist to complete
- Ability to communicate effectively: verbal, written, and electronic.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills..
Duties:
- prepares and dispense of prescription medications,
- maintenance of necessary records,
- accurate third-party adjudication, patient charges and inventory management.
- Counsels patients and medical providers regarding the nature and use of drugs, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects, as well as, monitors the health and progress of patients to ensure compliance and to optimize therapies.
- Participates in patient-centered services including immunization, MTM, and wellness programs.
