As, Social Performance and Risk Advisor you will:
  • Provide analytical and advisory services to enhance enterprise social performance, risk and issues management.
  • Collaborate with the team to lead enterprise direction and build organizational capability related to social, political and reputational risk management.
  • Lead social impact management strategy across the business Partner with business units (BU) and leaders to advance their implementation of social risk management through the Stakeholder Engagement and Issues Management (SEIM) process, with a focus on building strong fluency for issues management, stakeholder engagement and social risk & impact management.
  • Build fluency and support deployment of key digital tools
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance our data-driven approach to social risk management, identify enterprise trends and execute learning and development programming to build relevant competencies.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of experience in Social Performance, Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Affairs, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Significant expertise in social impact assessment & management
  • Proven ability to build relationships with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders both internal and external - in order to identify opportunities to improve social, political and reputation risk management to support business needs.
  • Experience leading workshops/trainings and developing diverse staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop processes and tools to build individual or organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and address complex regulatory, business and operational issues and craft solutions and approaches to manage them.
  • Experience building a strong network of key internal and external stakeholders to help achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, work independently and with teams in a face-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree
  • International experience
  • Familiarity with Stakeholder Engagement tools used to identify key internal stakeholders and key issues.
  • Working knowledge of Issues Management processes.
  • Skilled with change management and employee engagement.
