In this role, you will work with a variety of small businesses, providing payroll processing and assistance for clients of different sizes in a wide array of industries!
Some of the various responsibilities you will be tasked with include:
- Process weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly check runs for clients
- Prepare & file all required governmental reports, including Forms 941 and W-2
- Coordinate with clients to get necessary information to process payrolls in a timely manner
- Complete information requests for government/ insurance agencies
- Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with clients and coworkers
- General clerical and office duties as necessary
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required. Associate’s/ Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 1-3 years experience processing payroll required
- Prior office experience preferred
- Must possess high attention to detail, high level of professionalism, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients and responsibilities
- Proficiency using QuickBooks, Thomson Reuters CS Accounting Suite, and Microsoft Office products strongly preferred
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple deadlines and client needs
