Excelsior Care Group is in search of a Payroll Clerk. Ideal candidates must have flexibility with schedules and be willing to cover if someone is on vacation or calls out sick.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
- Review weekly/bi-weekly punch details for accuracy and process time cards for payroll.
- Complete Payroll Change Notices for status changes such as hiring, termination, raises, full-time/part-time, and leaves of absence.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll.
- Reports review and submission – such as PBJ, Union, etc.
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to PR Manager.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Experience as Payroll Clerk a plus.
- Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
- SBV and David Klein software experience a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
