Job Title: Parts Procurement Coordinator
Exempt Status: Non-Exempt

Keith Zars Pools, Ltd., the "Best-in-Class" residential and commercial pool builder in Texas, is currently seeking a Parts Procurement Coordinator for our San Antonio, TX home office.
The Parts Procurement Coordinator will oversee the Fleet Maintenance shop’s inventory control, planning and shipping/receiving with a focus on best practices, proactive inventory awareness and quality control. Will respond in a timely and professional manner to internal/external customer requests, accurately create and deliver invoicing and order status protocol reporting while ensuring follow up calls to secure purchase orders and provide updates on open order statuses.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
- Working knowledge and ability to operate computer
- Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications (QuickBooks, CRM, Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Database entry and inventory software
- Knowledge of vehicles & heavy equipment overall
- Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving history
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read small letters/text
- Ability to multi task and prioritize and document simultaneously
- Organize, identify and settle invoice cost daily

Responsibilities: but are not limited to:
- Manage all Fleet Parts inventory incoming and outgoing daily to include cores, samples, returns etc.
- Work with internal/external customers
- Incorporate a check and balance process of all stock and non-stock parts and inventory
- Establish and maintain a workflow to settle all Fleet invoicing with accounts payable daily, weekly
- A monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory Control & Cost reporting is required
- Proactive internal/external customer communications planning forward
- Inventory loss mitigation etc. will be documented and escalated to management, accounts payable
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication and collaboration skills
- Shipping/Receiving responsibilities (Lifting required)
- Inventory control & reporting
- Managing stock mins and max's limits working with the Shop Forman to adjust quantities
- Oversee any and all transactions Fleet Parts related and incorporate a check and balance
- Routine maintenance of inventory & non-stock, using strong organizational skills
- Daily bids/quotes, min of three quotes per supplier
- Able to work individually and with a team
- Ability to navigate all computer software, must be a quick learner
- Label shelves bins, keep a clean warehouse
- Good attention to detail is a must
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- 5-S, Lean Six Sigma is a plus, and will be implemented in the work place
- Ability to create to identify bottlenecking in current workflows and recommend changes
- Pay is based on the job experience
