Parts & Accessories Sales Job at River Valley Companies
We are looking for an individual active in the industry to support the parts team at our Powersport store in Red Wing, MN.
We are an industry leader and represent the best of the best including but not limited to: BRP (Ski Doo, Can Am, Sea Doo) , Polaris, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda
Job Summary:
Be the face of River Valley as it relates to parts and accessories for the off-road/on-road division of the business.
Job Duties:
Over-the-counter accessory sales
Working with the Sales Department with accessory sales Assist the Parts Manager with part and accessory orders
Continued knowledge and self-cultivation of parts and accessories available by each brand
Thorough understanding of operations of an accessory
Ability to problem-solve / find the appropriate part and accessory based on make/model/year/usage
Ensuring a clean and organized area
Responsible for showroom accessories displays
Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility
Assist with Daily Shipping and receiving of part orders
Stocking of the parts department shelves
Ability to learn or assist a customer with back up service writing
Schedule:
5 day work week: Monday thru Friday 8:30AM-6PM Rotating Saturdays 9AM-3PM (if working a Saturday, day off during the week) *min 30 min lunch

Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a service, parts, or front facing customer service role. Superb communication skills. Has a passion for the powersport or related industry, professional experience at a dealership within industry/related industry is a plus. High School diploma required. Ideal candidate would have some type of basic mechanic knowledge
