Job Purpose:
Build business within identified markets, targeting commercial transportation customers.
Develop prospects, identify business opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community affairs and other contacts.

This is a retail sales position responsible for the production of commercial truck insurance policies and the retention of renewing commercial accounts in keeping with agency goals.

Actively solicits and sells accounts/policies to trucking prospects and actively seeks referrals from current client base to solicit for new business prospects.

•Must be aggressive/assertive, a self-starter with the ability to influence others.
•Should have demonstrated effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communications.

Ideal candidates will have:

P& C License

Outside Sales experience in transportation industry

Be able to work out of our local office in Granite Bay, CA.

Middle market/large fleet experience

An entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, high level of energy and a strong work ethic
