Olcese Waste Services is the premier waste management and solid waste contractor serving Nevada. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to generate leads and drive sales for Olcese Waste Services. The Outside Sales Representative’s duties include developing persuasive sales pitches to sell services to customers to encourage sales and repeat business, making cold calls into sales leads, or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales or client contracts. To be successful as an Outside Sales Representative, you should be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills. Ultimately, an exceptional Outside Sales Representative should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

· Covers a large territory to generate sales for roll off and service routes.

· Must be a self-starter with the ability to follow up with sales leads.

· Actively seeking and signing up new accounts.

· Monitor the company’s industry competitors, market conditions, and pricing to stay ahead of the competition.

· Highly driven to complete and win against the competition is a must.

· Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and repeat customers.

· Maintain contact lists and follows up with customers to continue relationships.

· Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.

· Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.

· Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.

· Strategically negotiating prices, terms, and prepare sales agreements with potential and existing customers to close sales.

· Answer cell phone and emails in a timely manner.

· Answers incoming calls for temp roll off customers.

· Takes incoming orders for temp roll off dumpster and emails dispatch order information.

· Doesn’t take “no” for an answer, finds a way.

· Growing current services areas.

· Creative and critical thinking and willing to learn.

· Learns quickly and likes a fast-paced environment.

· Outgoing, friendly, and upbeat.

· Likes public speaking.

· Ability to read body language

· High producer

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
