$48,000 - $60,000 a year base salary & Commission Plan

Compensation is a combination of salary plus unlimited commission. Salary is competitive, depending on experience with an aggressive commission structure based on new sales and timed, residual earnings. Total compensation can range anywhere from $60,000-$150,000+ in the first year with unlimited potential depending on new business brought in.

Description

This role will cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers to catalyze business development and achieve corporate sales objectives. The right individual will thrive in developing and maintaining relationships and be highly efficient in identifying clients’ needs and delivering market solutions.

As a sales representative, you will have the responsibility of working with corporate leadership to develop pricing strategies to support the current market to drive profitability, growth, and achievement of organization goals. You will also play a critical role in assessing and providing market data and manage all sales and business development efforts through a central CRM tool.

Responsibilities

· Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.

· Develop an overall business strategy to build new business leads.

· Take the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process

· Conduct research in available databases for potential leads

· Solution selling; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis

· Collaborate internally with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans

· Work directly with local operations teams and sales management to foster successful growth and account launches.

· Manage opportunities generated from new leads and current customers.

· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.

· Manage sales pipeline.

· Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment

· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in full sales cycle with demonstrated sales success

· Strong negotiation skills especially in deal closing

· Effective communication and presentation skills

· CRM experience is preferred.

Needed Skill Sets:

· You must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday

· A College Degree is preferred. However, relevant advanced sales or industry experience will be considered

· Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

· Must possess the qualities of an entrepreneur with strong independent and teamwork skills

· High energy and enthusiasm

· Driven by a high moral and ethical compass.

· Willingness to conduct and build your business confidently over the telephone and face-to-face.

· Must possess leadership skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, customers, and vendors

· Proficient with MS Office Suite and TMS Systems experience

· Must be able to work with other internal and external groups to achieve personal and company goals

· Must be an initiative-taker and highly motivated individual.

· Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.

· Most of all, have the drive to grow business continually and consistently.

Work Location

Remote based, in-the-field with travel (25%-50% required). Key markets include Austin, DFW, Houston & San Antonio. Travel to San Antonio will be limited if you live in DFW area.
