The Operation Support Specialist operates and oversees the administrative functions of the
onsite operation. Specifically, the individual in this position delivers high quality service to the client
and teammates, develops and retains business by providing value to stand apart from our
competition, and handles all payroll and time-keeping functions.


Specific skills and duties required are as follows:


  • Create new teammates in the time-keeping system (UKG) and keep their profiles updated with the proper department and area assigned
  • Create assignments in StaffSuite
  • Process teammate terminations by communicating termination to Security personnel, closing assignment in StaffSuite, and deactivating teammate in the time-keeping system
  • Assist teammates with questions about their paychecks, hours, and deductions
  • Reconcile teammate timecards: missing punches, unexcused absences, early punches, and late punches
  • Prepare TO’s for missing hours and vacation pay
  • Contact teammates about timecard-related issues when Onsite Supervisors are not available
  • Process teammate Time Off Requests after they are approved and submitted by the Onsite Supervisors
  • Request missing assignment codes from client management as needed
  • Update teammates badge numbers in time-keeping system
  • Assist with resolving invoicing issues
  • Provide reports as requested by the Onsite Manager
  • Administrative skills such as operating computers, 10-key calculators, word processing and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
  • Mathematical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Capable of multitasking, planning, and organizing details while communicating effectively with co-workers and employees
  • Meet with client management as needed
  • Follow company and client policies and procedures
  • Assist with any other duties that may arise to ensure the success of the onsite operation
