As Operations Manager, you will direct and coordinate operations to improve productivity and efficiency in the Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Departments and aid the General Manager in the overall hotel operations.
In this role you will be responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing team members while maintaining the integrity of the company. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years’ related experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel setting
- Previous Housekeeping and/Front Desk Management experience preferred
- Schedule flexibility is a must
- Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Marriott experience is ideal
