Position Summary
Supporting Parker Hannifin's Filtration Group, the Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for management of key enterprise systems and software enabling sales effectiveness. This role is also primarily responsible for the management of distributor agreements, agreement maintenance as well as project management in support of distribution and field sales.

- Management and maintenance of key enterprise systems including Agreement Management System, Sales Lead System, CRM, OBI, PO Requisitions, Concur, SharePoint, PowerBI, Territory Mapping, etc.
- Conduct training of system functionality and enhancements to the user community
- Collaborate with management to build data driven Agreement System for maintenance and analysis of distributor agreements
- Collaborate with corporate functional area contacts, business oweners, internal and external technical resources, etc. to optimize the agreement maintenance process as well as the Agreement System
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and customer service with a focus on continuous improvement
- Evaluate distributor channel to determine prioritization of agreement maintenance
- Report creation, maintenance and analysis
- Administer sales performance awards and recognition programs
- Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing teams including managing project lists, maintaining distribution and contact lists, processing purchase orders, credit card payments, sending organizational announcements, fulfill data requests, plan meetings, etc.
- Ensure effective and timely receipt of all deliverables
- Additional project management responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant business experience in business analysis and data management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Basic project management skills and understanding of project management life cycle; experience with eliciting, defining and documenting user requirements
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management, organization and leadership skills
- Strong communicator with effective verbal, written, interpersonal, technical and presentation skills
- Understands and applies fundamental problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Able to manage multiple projects effectively
- Ability to think strategically to create long-term sustainable solutions
