We are seeking a team-oriented Operations Analyst candidates to join our team. Candidates should have experience in handling free-of-payment transactions (DfP/RfP) in global markets
Key Responsibilities
- One of the core requirement for the role is to assist and support the global operations teams within the Settlements Transactions, Loans and Payments
- Act as the Single Point of contact for clients for any and all queries related to the client’s settlement activity.
- Ensure timely settlements, proactive approach to identification of settlement breaks, escalation and remediation
- The portfolio transfer process we need to support has many variants (all securities markets, various products including investment funds and hedge funds, various client domicile scenarios, counterparties in various international locations)
- Where queries cannot be acted upon by the employee, liaise internally utilizing your network of contacts to ensure the query is acted upon by the appropriate team(s) in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, prompt answering of telephone and using the appropriate greeting. Ensure timely response to written queries ensuring that the client is continually updated on the status of all enquiries with written follow up in all cases.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of product knowledge, and its flow while utilizing the appropriate systems to carry out day to day responsibilities.
- Ensure that processes and services offered to clients are in line with Bank’s and industry control regulations
- Identify and understand risk items and escalate these appropriately. All risk items must be verbally brought to the attention of your Team Leader and / or Manager whilst also being followed up in writing.
- Understand and adhere to the various controls and policies associated with settlement of cash flows, funding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work on ad-hoc task as required throughout the duration of the project across the team
Eligibility Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience (in Settlements, Loans Admin or Payments) is preferred
- Investment Banking experience in Operations
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work in intraday cut off scenario
- Strong control mindset, analytical skills and high degree of accuracy is required
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Preferable, but not essential - Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $50,000-$100,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
