Job Overview

We are looking to hire “lotters” for our new and growing company. The Lotter role is a warehouse role that is responsible for cataloging products, grading them, and preparing them to appear in online auctions. Since we re-sell consumer returns through online auctions, this role is at the heart of our business. It is up to Lotters to correctly depict and describe the condition of each item so that customers understand exactly what they are bidding on.

Starting Pay: $17/hour

Location: Decatur, GA - Initial training will be in Norcross, GA

Job Type: Onsite/Full Time

Benefits: Full-time positions come with health and dental insurance

Work Hours Available: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Saturday, 8:30am – 12:30pm

Responsibilities

• Break down pallets of merchandise (can range from 1-2 items per pallet to hundreds of items)
• Prepare items to be placed in online auctions by cataloging, photographing, and grading items using various hand-held technology
• Determine the current condition of products and assign a grade
• Ensure product is accurately depicted and represented (we monitor the number of refunds due to inaccurate listings)
• Once proficient, the expectation is to be able to lot at least 150 items per day depending on the types of products
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience working in warehouse environment (and comfort in working in non-temperature controlled warehouse)
• Ability to be on your feet for large periods of time
• Proven proficiency and comfort with technology and typing
• Detailed oriented
• Self-motivated and a hard worker
• Works well with people
• Ability to use a pallet jack, hand truck, or dolly
• Regularly lift/move objects 10-50 pounds, occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Proficiency in English to write accurate and appealing descriptions of items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
