RESPONSIBILITIES

Our OnDemand Care Associates provide care and in-home support to our clients on an as needed basis. Care Associates are assigned to clients in 2-to-8-hour increments to assist with the following:

• Personal Care
• Companion Care
• Light Duty House Maintenance
• Laundry (wash, dry, fold and put away)
• Meal Preparation
• Errands within a 5-mile radius

• Document all tasks in the agency's proprietary software
• Ensure services are provided in a safe and professional manner
• Comply with standard HIPAA policy and guidelines.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of client and family information
• Understand and respect clients’ rights and responsibilities
• Must adhere to company safety and COVID protocols

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in a service-oriented environment
• Ability to relate and communicate with all people
• Sympathetic attitude toward care, and maturity with ability to effectively perform the job
• Good verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Pass background/criminal history and State of Texas Employability checks
• Minimum 18 years old
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, and perform tasks that require bending and standing
• Ability to drive within up to a 20 miles radius of home address
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
