Office/Recruiting Coordinator Job at Alltown Bus Service Inc
Beacon Mobility is seeking an Office Coordinator to support Alltown Bus with office duties and recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and offering responses or directing as needed
- Manage recruitment scheduling process for candidates from recruitment sources
- Achieve staffing objectives by pre-screening and evaluating job candidates
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative details associated with the recruiting process, including reviewing and forwarding resumes of qualified applicants to appropriate managers
- Manage social media accounts
- Assisting charter department
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a professional environment
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn interfaces
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Workday is preferred
- Strong communication (oral and written), and listening skills
- Ability to successfully work as an individual or as part of a team
- Ability to travel through Chicago to attend job fairs and hiring events
