The Revenue Office Clerk assists the Office Lead with the front office operations and provides administrative support for the Revenue Division. Additional duties may be assigned. Management retains the discretion to change or add to the duties of this position at any time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the front office operations and provide administrative support for the Revenue department.
  • Greet all visitors to the office in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed.
  • Handle phone calls from employees regarding scheduled work times, calling in late or sick, etc.
  • General office duties including typing, copying, filing, faxing, ordering supplies, and maintaining organization of office.
  • Maintain and complete employee paperwork for Revenue division including employee safety standard sign-offs.
  • Provide clerical support to Revenue management members and assist with special projects.
  • Maintain employee attendance files.
  • Input payroll corrections for Revenue division; hand out checks to departmental employees.
  • Maintain records for Health Department and permit renewal.
  • Submit work orders for Revenue and track completion of orders.
  • Assist Foods Manager with food vendors during special events and festivals regarding contracts, permits, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Must read, write, and speak the English language
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have the ability to work days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
  • Must have the ability to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills
  • Must have accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related office experience
