We are looking for an experienced and passionate Administrator for a newly opened Home Healthcare Agency, which will specialize in providing quality skilled nursing care.

Essential Duties:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services
  • Undertake fiscal planning, by budgeting and managing operations, in accordance with established fiscal parameters
  • Ensure staff development, including orientation in-service education, continuing education and evaluation of staff
  • Plans, develops, implements administers, and evaluates program
  • Acts as the HIPAA Privacy Officer
  • Acts as corporate compliance officer and assumes responsibilities described in the Agency corporate compliance plan
  • Ensure that skilled nursing, and other therapeutic services furnished, are under the supervision, and direction, of a physician or a Registered Nurse

What we are looking for:

  • Licensed Physician, Registered nurse licensed in Virginia, or holds an undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of two years of home care experience
  • Minimum of a year of supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state and accreditation regulations
  • Current CPR Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
